TetraMem is pleased and honored that Dr. Qiangfei Xia, Co-Founder and Chief Process Advisor has been named IEEE Fellow effective January 1, 2023, with the citation, “for contributions to resistive memory arrays and in-memory computing”.

Dr. Xia becomes the second TetraMem Co-Founder to be so honored, following Dr. Joshua Yang who was selected to receive the honor last year for “contributions to resistive switching materials in memory and neuromorphic computing”
